RETURNS:

JP Crickets accepts returns for full purchase refund.  The following conditions must be met:

• All shoes must be returned in pristine, unused condition, without damage or visible wear.  The product must be considered resalable in order to be refunded in full, within 21 days of receipt of order.
• Shipping/Handling Fees are not refundable.  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with your billing receipt.
• Refunds are made to the same card of the original purchase.
• While we strive to have refunds processed within three days of receipt, Credit Card processing may take up to one full billing cycle.
