We happily process EXCHANGES.  We will exchange a shoe for a different size ONCE with NO CHARGE under the following conditions.

• One time exchange for the same shoe, but a different size is done free of charge, however this sale is now considered a FINAL SALE. 
• If you need to exchange for a different size or due to a defective or damaged product, PLEASE EMAIL us immediately at [email protected] , so we may promptly reserve a new shoe to fulfill your order promptly.  
• We will do our very best to turn around all exchanges within the same day of receipt, to 2 days of receipt at the very latest.
